API Bidar

Vivimed's bulk drug complex is located at Bidar in Northern Karnataka. One of the largest integrated manufacturing complexes in its class. Installed manufacturing capacity of 390 MT per annum. Set in a total land area of nearly 4 acres., this facility is a massive, state-of-the-art, modern manufacturing complex that produces a wide range of bulk actives.

This facility has over 60 reactors of varied metallurgy including titanium, cast alloy, graphite, PVDF and PTFE with over 300 kl of handling capacity together with several centrifuges, driers and varied production equipment. The facilities are versatile and are capable of carrying out varied reactions.

Vivimed's Bidar API facility has been audited and approved by ISO 9001:2000 and ISO14001.

Formulations Jeedimetla

Located in Jeedimetla, near Hyderabad, has modern R&D and manufacturing facilities. Located in a site area of 2 acres, Vivimed's Formulations Complex has facilities for manufacturing various types of dosage forms such as non-sterile Syrups, oral tablets, capsules and dry syrup bottles in several product categories.

The complex is inspected and approved by leading regulatory agencies including WHO and ISO approved, based on specific filings.

Vivimed's bulk drug complex Unit-II is located at Bonthapally near Hyderabad in Andhrapradesh. One of the largest integrated one of its kind manufacturing complexes. Installed manufacturing capacity of 500MT per annum. Set in a total land area of nearly 9 acres., this facility is a massive, state-of-the-art, modern manufacturing complex that produces a wide range of bulk actives.

This facility has over 78 reactors of varied metallurgy including titanium, cast alloy, graphite, PVDF and PTFE with over 300 kl of handling capacity together with several centrifuges, driers and varied production equipment. The facilities are versatile and are capable of carrying out varied reactions.

Vivimed's Bonthapally API facility has been audited and approved by ISO 9001:2000.

Formulations Haridwar

Located in Haridwar, three and half hours drive from Delhi. The facility is designed to manufacture a range of sterile Products. Aimed at the advanced markets of US and Europe the facility set in a sprawling site has sophisticated equipment designed for high throughput, stringent systems and processes tuned for regulatory compliance.

Formulations Kashipur

Located in Kashipur, six hours drive from Delhi. The facility is designed to manufacture a range of oral Products.
